I offer virtual nutrition counseling to adults and families who live in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, with a special focus in adolescent (FBT) and adult eating disorders. The first step is a free 15 minute phone consultation where we can connect and determine if I would be an appropriate match in supporting your recovery goals. At that time if you’d like to schedule a session we can set a date, and I will explain the information and forms needed in advance of the first session. All adolescent and adult work begins with an Initial Nutrition Assessment (50 minutes) where we will review relevant medical history, your concerns and goals for treatment, meal recommendations, and any additional support needed. From there, Follow Up Sessions (45 minutes) can be determined.

Meal Planning Consultation is a single session (60 minutes) that doesn’t require scheduled Follow Up Sessions.

At this time, all sessions are held virtually via Zoom. By offering virtual services, my hope is to increase accessibility, convenience, and flexibility in scheduling.

Currently I do not work in-network with any insurance companies. Without insurance we maintain a higher level of control over the path of treatment, ensuring that it aligns with your needs and goals. Additionally, it keeps your information confidential as insurance companies often require detailed information about diagnoses and sessions.

Depending on your health insurance provider some out-of-network services may be partially covered; you can contact your insurance provider directly to verify benefits for outpatient medical nutrition therapy services. I can provide you with a Super Bill that can be submitted for reimbursement on request.

Initial Nutrition Assessment (50 minutes) - $200

Follow Up Sessions (45 minutes) - $175

Meal Planning Consultation (60 minutes) - $225

I request a 24-hour advance notice for appointment cancellations. If an appointment is not canceled in advance you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee for the session. No Show/ No Call charges are considered a non-covered service by all insurance carriers and you will bear complete financial responsibility for this fee.
